We will verify your identity before processing most requests. We respond to verified requests within 45 days (which may be extended once by an additional 45 days). For appeals, we will respond within 45 days.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Our Services are hosted and operated primarily in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. (and possibly other countries where our service providers operate).
