		Solid State Drives - 2 Year Limited Warranty

		Avant SSDs (Solid State Drive) have a two-year warranty from date of original purchase


	Terms of Warranty

	Avant Technology warrants that products purchased directly from Avant Technology will be free from nonconformities in materials and workmanship standards, under normal use. This warranty is in effect beginning from the date of purchase and must be verified with an original invoice or purchase order number to establish purchase date and original purchaser. This warranty extends only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, except where prohibited by law, to anyone who subsequently purchases the product from the original purchaser. All warranty returns must be received on or before the warranty expiration date. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, Avant Technology, at its option, will: repair non-conforming memory product or replace with a device that is equivalent or better in performance, or provide refund of current value. This warranty does not extend to any product not purchased from Avant Technology or an unauthorized Avant distributor, nor to any product that has been damaged or rendered nonconforming:

		By removal of original manufacture labels or stickers

		As a result of accident, improper use, or abuse, natural or personal disaster

		By alteration, modification, disassembly or unauthorized repair

		By the use of parts not manufactured or sold by Avant Technology

		Use in applications not conforming to the environmental or operating specifications for the product

		Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging by the customer in sending product to Avant Technology for upgrades or repair

		Customer induced damage, whether accidental or deliberate, due to unusual physical, electrical, or electromagnetic stress including, but not limited to, electrical surges and/or power failures

		Any other cause not resulting from defects in materials and workmanship


	Disclaimer

	Avant Technology’s total liability under any warranty, express or implied, is limited to repair, replacement or refund. Under no circumstances will Avant Technology be liable for damages, lost revenue, lost wages, lost information, death of any person, loss of any kind, injury or damage to persons, or any other incidental or consequential damage arising from purchase, use or inability to use this product, even if Avant Technology has been advised of the possibility of such damages or concerns.

	Any and all disputes related to this warranty must be adjudicated in Austin, Travis County, Texas. U.S.A.
